For our part we agree to follow the following rules when adding extra passengers:

• to refund you the appropriate amount as per the prices published on our website. If you have paid for a transfer of four people and we add two more you would be refunded the difference between the four person, per person price x4 and the six person, per person price x4.
• to only book extra passengers onto transfers from an airport that land on the same flight as you or earlier.
• to ensure the minimum disruption to your journey. If feasible we would always drop you off first when travelling to resort or pick you up last when travelling back to an airport with no alteration to the pick up time.
