GRENOBLE TRAIN TRANSFERS
Grenoble train station is situated in the centre of the city and is a great option for those travelling up from the south or west of France. Check the SNCF website for details of available routes and to book a ticket. The transfer time from here to ski resorts of the Tarentaise Valley ranges between 90 minutes and two and a quarter hours.
LES ARCS
Les Arcs is the Cool Bus local resort so naturally we think it’s the best in the valley! It is linked up with La Plagne to make up the huge Paradiski area. There is some incredible off-piste with the only downside being that it does get tracked out very quickly.
The snowboard park is extremely well shaped and maintained. There are excellent tree runs around 1600 and Vallandry. Les Arcs also has the longest ski run in the Alps from the top of the Aiguille Rouge all the way down to Villaroger. The best nightlife is in Arc 1800 and the quickest access to the higher slopes is from Arc 1950 and Arc 2000.
