MOUTIERS TRAIN STATION TRANSFERS

It also offers good access to the resort of Champagny, part of the La Plagne ski area This is the first destination for the ski train which departs from Kings Cross St. Pancras in London every Friday evening.
Ski train tickets can be booked be booked on the Euro Star website and generally go on sale in October.
It is also possible to catch a direct train from Paris to Moutiers which offers many more options in terms of timing. The Snow Carbon website offers great advice on booking trains to the Alps and a variety of routes are available via the SNCF website.
VAL THORENS
Along with Les Menuires, Val Thorens is at the top of the most westerly of the 3 Valleys – Vallee de Belleville. With the village situated at 2300m and the highest run starting at 3200m, this is another resort that can boast an excellent snow record. With access to Meribel and Courchevel, the variety of terrain is huge.
Val Thorens has its own snowboard park which is right near the town. Be aware that It can be very cold here at night and the drive up from Moutiers takes around 45 minutes on a good day.
